Secretariat and organizational structure
IDACE secretariat, based in Brussels, maintains close contacts with European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, etc...) and is a major partner in consultations on dietetic food-related developments. It co-ordinates the work of more than 200 experts who are members of our allied trade associates in Member States. Our association is grouped in Working Groups and Task Forces around the following themes: infant and young child, food for special medical purposes and foods for intense muscular effort and slimming foods.
